About LUMEX Company
LUMEX Instruments was established in 1991 as a leader in the analytical instrument industry. After years of development, it has gradually grown into a leading analytical instrument enterprise. Currently headquartered in Canada, with branches in the United States, Germany, Russia, and China. We have research and production factories in Russia, Canada, and the United States, and currently our products are distributed in over 80 countries. LUMEX is committed to providing traditional and innovative solutions for industry users and partners, and has gained increasing recognition and trust from industry experts and users due to its advantages and continuous innovation.
Technical research and development: We have a team of experts dedicated to technical research and product innovation in fields such as spectroscopy, analytical chemistry, engineering, and software development. We have developed over 100 analytical methods, and our product methods comply with analytical testing standards such as the US EPA, EU CE, and Chinese GB. It is the rich experience and innovative research and development spirit of experts that ensure the high quality and performance of products, making LUMEX a powerful modern company in the field of analytical instrument manufacturing in a short period of time.
Application areas: LUMEX's products cover industries such as agriculture, environmental protection, chemical, food, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, mining, petroleum, and power engineering, with a wide customer base. Its users include government agencies, industrial enterprises, research institutions, and university research departments. Many research institutions and enterprises, such as the US EPA, have purchased LUMEX products.
Product technology: LUMEX company's products include high-frequency Zeeman mercury detection series, graphite furnace atomic absorption series, Fourier transform infrared/near-infrared spectroscopy, capillary electrophoresis, water quality online monitoring series, fluorescence spectrometer series, gene amplification instrument (PCR), laser particle size analyzer high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS) medical equipment, etc.
Quality Assurance: The product complies with European Safety (CE) standards and has been certified according to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards, obtaining recognition. LUMEX company was once included in the 'Industry Scoreboard, 2000' list of the top 560 companies in the analytical instrument industry.
Development history:
In 1991, LUMEX launched the first batch of Fluorat fluorescence instruments to check for oil leaks in atomic power plants and marginal water, and to monitor pollutants such as petroleum, phenols, and surfactants in wastewater.
In 1993, a chemistry laboratory was established with the main tasks of expanding the field of analysis, developing new analytical methods, expanding the application scope of existing analytical methods, and providing user training.
1994-1995: A series of new analytical instruments were put into production: low-temperature fluorescence system device, liquid chromatography system device, capillary electrophoresis instrument, online analyzer, microwave sample processing system.
1996-1997: Successfully developed and put into production, Zeeman effect mercury analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, and clinical specific analyzer (based on production licenses from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health of Belarus).
From 1998 to 2000, we began developing time-of-flight mass spectrometers, headspace sampling systems, and organized the production of liquid chromatography columns.
2001-2004: Production and development of different series of Zeeman mercury detectors, including a new capillary electrophoresis instrument.
2005-2009: Developed products such as real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR, online oil film analyzer, whole grain near-infrared analyzer, and Fourier transform mid infrared spectrometer, which have related applications in agriculture, biology, and medical energy fields.
2010-2013: Production of updated Zeeman effect mercury measurement products, covering online mercury measurement series, portable emergency series, new models of Fourier near-infrared analysis technology, and research and development of existing products for application in multiple industries.
2014-2017: Production of new high-frequency Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption, development of fully automatic mercury injection system, research and development of portable benzene monitoring analyzer, formulation of fixed pollution source emissions, occupational health and safety, food and drug supervision, environmental emergency testing and other plans and standards.
